SHAREHOLDER BENEFITS

www.evt.com

TO OUR SHAREHOLDERS

I am pleased to present your Shareholder Benefits brochure issued to holders of 500 or more shares in EVENT Hospitality & Entertainment Limited (EVENT).

This past year has presented unprecedented challenges for the Group and at the same time has created new opportunities. Our teams have excelled at rising to the challenges; transforming each of our businesses to mitigate the impact of Government mandated restrictions, securing strong market share from scarce revenue sources, recognising the opportunity to divest a selection of non- core property assets to realise shareholder value in a strong property market and continuing to progress key long-term growth projects. The transformation of our systems, people and processes has ensured we are in the best shape for the future. Whilst COVID-19 continues to disrupt our industries, I am confident that our people will continue to deliver the best outcomes.

The shareholder benefits covered in this brochure will be available from 1 July 2021 until 30 June 2022. Details of shareholder benefits are included in the brochure along with your benefit card. The card is non-transferable and must be signed on the reverse by the Shareholder. Using your card is easy and conditions of use are described within the brochure. You will be asked to produce your card when purchasing tickets and accessing other benefits. There is no limit to the number of times you can use your card, so maximise your savings by using your card regularly. After a year of extraordinary challenges for our businesses, it is pleasing to be looking ahead to the 2021-22 year and issuing this new Shareholder Benefits Card to you, and I encourage you to support EVENT products and services by taking advantage of these offers.

Alan G. Rydge, Chairman
