Eventbrite, Inc. entered into a sublease agreement for an office lease with Zillow Group, Inc. to lease approximately 13,335 rentable square feet of an office building located at 535 Mission Street, San Francisco, California. The ultimate landlord has consented to the Sublease, and the Company will relocate its headquarters to 535 Mission Street, San Francisco, California commencing October 1, 2021.
