NANJING, China (AP) _ Ever-Glory International Group Inc. (EVK) on Friday reported a loss of $2.7 million in its first quarter.

The Nanjing, China-based company said it had a loss of 18 cents per share.

The clothing company posted revenue of $58.4 million in the period.

The company's shares closed at 74 cents. A year ago, they were trading at $3.60.
