Everest Industries Limited informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on May 7, 2021, have appointed Mr. Pramod Nair as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from May 11, 2021. Mr. Pramod Nair has 14 years of rich experience in managing finance primarily in FMCG companies. He has held multiple finance roles in Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) across commercial, Business finance and in his last role, he was CFO of Unilever Nepal, a subsidiary of HUL, for 4 years.
