Herning, Denmark, 11 May 2022 - The Port of Aarhus is a traffic node that is
looking into more sustainable means of transportations. Therefore, Everfuel is
setting up a hydrogen refuelling station, which can be scaled according to the
increasing demand from the truck operators. The station will be able to
accommodate both heavy-duty and passenger vehicles.

"Port of Aarhus' vision is to become the most sustainable port in the Baltic Sea
area. To achieve that, the port needs to support sustainable mobility both at
sea and at land. We believe that hydrogen will play an important role in the
transition of the heavy-duty road transport, and by offering a location for a
hydrogen station in an important logistics hub, we help create the needed
incentives for truck operators to transition to fuel cell trucks," says Anne
Zachariassen, COO at Port of Aarhus.

With the recently announced Everfuel station locations in the logistics hubs in
Vordingborg and Taulov, Denmark, the new station in Aarhus lowers the barriers
for truck operators to move to hydrogen fuelled trucks, as the network of heavy
-duty stations is now being established at some highly important locations.
Like the location in Vordingborg, the location in Aarhus is a part of the Trans
European Transport Network (TEN-T) which includes the most important connections
and links the most important nodes across the European Union.

The new hydrogen station allows for freight forwarders to lower their CO2
-emissions and decarbonise their road transport. Some of the current and
potential customers are welcoming the new hydrogen station:
"Our ambition is to reduce our CO2-emissions by 50% before 2025. To reach the
final part of that ambition, we need to transition to green fuels and hydrogen
is an interesting option. Being able to refuel at the port of Aarhus takes us
one crucial step closer to comply with our current ways of operating," says
Louise Meier, CFO at Dania Connect A/S.

"The transportation industry needs more options to really to something about the
green transition. We therefore welcome Everfuel's initiative as a step in the
right direction. We have about 200 trucks that cannot transition to electric
vehicles as it does not comply with the flexibility we need. Hydrogen can, with
the long range, limited weight, and fast fuelling become an opening towards the
green transition. And with Everfuel's presence at the harbour, we are one
important step closer to that solution," says Lars Sørensen, CEO at Johs.

"At Aarhus Taxa we support the upcoming hydrogen station at the harbour. An
additional station in the city is important to operate our existing fleet of
hydrogen taxies and allows for expansion of the fleet. An extra station is a
vital step towards zero-emission taxi service in Aarhus," says Jesper Paludan,
CEO at Aarhus Taxa.

"The positive statements from both current as well as potential customers,
confirms our approach to rolling out a hydrogen station network at the right
locations. That the Port of Aarhus is looking into different ways of reducing
the CO2-emissions in the expanding harbour area sends a strong signal and
creates awareness of the inherent need to accelerate the fuel transition now, in
order to decarbonise road transport - starting from the most important logistic
hubs," says Jacob Krogsgaard, CEO at Everfuel.
