The real estate project from Iasi developed by EVERGENT Group has received the approval for the Zonal Urban Plan

The Local Council of Iasi Municipality has approved in today's meeting, February 28, 2022, the Zonal Urban Plan for the project submitted by EVERGENT Group for a major investment in the center of Iasi.

Developed by EVERLAND, the project from 2 Primaverii boulevard, located on a plot of land with an area of 2.55 ha is a multifunctional residential complex with offices and shopping areas.

The urban indicators in the Zonal Urban Plan phase for the M1 area are as follows: POT

max 45%, CUT max 4 and Rh max S/Ds+P+20E, and for M2 area are: POT max 45%, CUT max 2,5 and Rh max S/Ds +P+16E, with an area of 83,800 sqm, of which 16,765 sqm are with offices, 62,870 sqm for a residential area with 850 apartments, 4,191 sqm for additional services, 6,000 sqm green land and related parking spaces, mostly underground.

Until the building permit phase, the final heights and surfaces can be optimized for the best use.

The EVERLAND complex, with a value of over 100 million euros, is a major urban reconversion project, from a former unused industrial area, to the newest central urban pole in Iasi.
