Everjoy Health Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002162) announced a private placement of 72,725,000 A shares at a price of CNY 2.75 per share for gross proceeds of not more than CNY 199,993,750 on November 6, 2020. The company has signed a subscription agreement with Shanghai Cimic Co., Ltd. Post the closing of transaction, the investor will hold 7.85% stake in the company. All securities issued in the transaction have a hold period of 18 months. The transaction has been approved in the sixth meeting of the company's seventh board of directors, and is subject to approval from the company's shareholders meeting and the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
