Climate Change Crisis Real Impact I Acquisition Corporation announced that, on September 29, 2020, in connection with the IPO, Mary Powell, Mimi Alemayehou, Richard Kauffman and Jamie Weinstein (the “New Directors” and, collectively with David Crane, the “Directors”) were appointed to the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”). Effective September 29, 2020, each of Mr. Kauffman, Ms. Alemayehou and Ms. Powell was also appointed to the Board’s Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, with Mr. Kauffman serving as chair of the Audit Committee, Ms. Alemayehou serving as chair of the Compensation Committee and Ms. Powell serving as chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
