Ework Group (publ) offers, in collaboration with Lexicon, a wide range of courses and certifications to all professionals in their network. The trainings are provided through a new portal that can be accessed on Ework's digital platform Verama, www.verama.com.

"With the rapid development taking place in digital transformation, green transition and technical innovation, continuous learning is more important than ever. Being a good partner for our network of professionals is important to us, and one of the reasons why we choose to offer courses and certifications in collaboration with Lexicon", says Karin Schreil, CEO Ework Group.

To make it easier for professionals in Ework's network to keep up-to-date with the latest knowledge and secure skills for future assignments, Ework has entered into a partnership with Lexicon, the leading Swedish provider of courses and certifications. Through the partnership, Ework can offer its network of professionals a large range of courses at favorable prices, as well as full access to their webinars.

"The global skills shortage continues to increase and is today one of the most important issues in society, in both private and public sector. In order to meet the needs, everything from adjusting to broadening, deepening and constant learning in new technology, operations and leadership is required. We can now offer that together with Lexicon", says Karin Schreil, CEO of Ework Group.

Lexicon, which will now reach a wide audience in the market, is excited about the new partnership.

"Lexicon will, via the collaboration with Ework, be able to offer a large part of the market courses with unique concepts. Collaborating with Ework and ensuring that they have access to the right professionals with the right education/skills and the right certifications will help in their continued growth journey," says Fredrik Jacobsson, CEO Lexicon Akademi.

The collaboration offers several advantages:

  1. Makes it easier for professionals to develop their skills in several areas
  2. Gives professionals the opportunity to take certifications
  3. Expands Ework's collaboration with professionals and strengthens the possibilities of matching professionals with the needs of Ework's clients
