EXOR N.V. PUBLISHES ITS 2020 CORPORATE CALENDAR
EXOR N.V. (MTA: EXO) announced today the following Corporate Calendar for 2020:
- 25 March 2020: Board of Directors Meeting for the approval of the Company's 2019 Annual Report
- 20 May 2020: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the adoption of the Company's 2019 financial statements
- 3 September 2020: Board of Directors Meeting for the approval of the Company's 2020 Half-Year Financial Report
The 2020 Corporate Calendar will be available on EXOR's corporate website under the Corporate Calendarsection.
Any changes will be disclosed to the market on a timely basis.
