Expert.ai S.p.A. announced that it has entered into an agreement with main shareholders of the company and GUM Group Spa and issued 5,000,000 common shares at an issue price of ?0.77 per share for the gross proceeds of ?3,850,000 on July 5, 2023. The transaction has been approved by the shareholders of the company. As part of the transaction, Dario Pardi of GUM Group Spa joined the company as chairman.
Post the transaction, GUM Group Spa hold 7.24% stake in the company.
