NOTICE RELATING TO THE ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS
MEETING OF 23 - 24 JUNE 2021
June 9, 2021.Exprivia S.p.A.- a company listed on the MTA market of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] - informs that, with reference to the press release issued on the last June 2, in which the issuer communicated the availability of the majority shareholder to hold the meeting on second call, in consideration of significant business needs, the meeting will be held on first call and precisely on the next June 23 at 11:00, in accordance with the procedures established in the notice of call.
