The golden lion tamarin, a symbol of nature conservation in Brazil, has seen a resurgence thanks to conservation efforts.
Since 2019, we have allocated more than USD 900,000 to the Golden Lion Tamarin Association in Brazil. This support has led to a near doubling of the tamarin population in the wild, from 2,500 in 2019 to 4,800 in 2023.

Did you know?
Golden lion tamarins are indigenous to Brazil's woodlands, near the Atlantic coast.
Known for their golden fur, these small primates are typically friendly and playful.
We also support the Golden Lion Tamarin Ecological Park in Silva Jardim, Rio de Janeiro. This park has welcomed more than 1,800 children from local schools and 1,900 tourists from around the world.
This contribution represents the dedication to preserving Brazil's natural heritage and to building connections between people and the environment.
In support of National Golden Lion Tamarin Day on August 2nd, our renewed support continues to remind us of the impact that conservation efforts can have on wildlife.
