CHANGE TO THE 2019CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR

Pero, April 23, 2019 - F.I.L.A. - Fabbrica Italiana Lapis ed Affini S.p.A. announces that today the 2019 corporate events calendar was amended, postponing to Wednesday May 15, 2019 the approval of the Interim Report at March 31, 2019 (originally scheduled for May 14, 2019).
