Pero, November19, 2018- F.I.LA. - Fabbrica Italiana Lapis ed Affini S.p.A. ("Fila") announces that, as a result of the resolutions taken by the Board of Directors on November 13, 2018, an updated version of the information document prepared pursuant to article 114-bis of the Legislative Decree. 58/98 relating, inter alia, to the Fila 2017-2019 performance shares performance plan was made available to the public. It contains changes to the number of beneficiaries of the plan itself. This document is available at the registered office, on the Company's website, in the Governance section atwww.filagroup.itand at the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" (www.emarketstorage.com).
