Dear Sirs,

In compliance with article 17 of the EU Regulation No. 596/2014 on market abuse and the article 228 of the consolidated text of the Spanish Securities Market Act, approved by the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 4/2015 on October 23, and concordant provisions, as well as with Circular 3/2020 of BME Growth of BME MTF Equity, we hereby inform you about the following facts related to the company FACEPHI BIOMETRIA, S.A. (hereinafter "FacePhi" or "the Company").

OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION

Mr. Salvador Martí Varó, Chairman of the Board of Directors of FacePhi has lent to the company Nice & Green, S.A. 176,666 shares. In addition to this, Mr. Javier Mira Miró, Vice-president and Mr. Juan Alfonso Ortiz Company, Secretary of the Board, have lent 35,196, and 26,080 shares, respectively, which are added to the ones lent in the previous Investment agreement (which stablished the amounts of 141,470 y 150,586 shares, respectively) published as Privileged Information on 18 September 2019. Thus, it is reached the total of 176,666 shares lent by each of them, as stablished in the second Investment agreement signed between both companies, and communicated as Privileged Information on 15 December 2020.

Attached is the communiqué to the CNMV.

In compliance with Circular 3/2020 of the segment BME Growth of BME MTF Equity, it is expressly stated that the information hereby communicated has been produced under the sole responsibility of the company and its administrators.
