FAIRFAX MEDIA LIMITED Fairfax Media Limited [ASX:FXJ] Chairman, Mr Nick Falloon, today announced the resignation of Mr Michael Anderson from the Board of the Company.
Mr Anderson joined the Board in September 2010. He resigns to take up the role of Chief Executive Officer of New Zealand media company MediaWorks.
In announcing the resignation Mr Falloon said; 'Michael has been a valuable member of the Board for six years and has made an important contribution to the Company over that time. We wish him well in his next role.'
The resignation takes effect today, 5 August 2016.
