Shenyang Fangda Real Estate Development Co., Ltd agreed to acquire Lanzhou Fangda Carbon Real Estate Development Co., Ltd from Fangda Carbon New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600516) on October 27, 2018. Under the terms, Fangda Carbon New Material Technology shall be transferred for free. The transaction has been approved by the Board of Directors of Fangda Carbon New Material Technology at 2nd session of the 7th directorate meeting and does not need to be submitted for review at the shareholders’ meeting.
