NOTICE PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 17 OF THE AIM ITALIA ISSUERS' REGULATION

Viareggio, 8 September 2021 - Farmaè S.p.A. ("Farmaè") - a company listed on the AIM Italia market of the Italian Stock Exchange, leader in Italy in the e-retailing of health and wellness products

• announces that, today, in order to carry out a mere corporate restructuring, the shareholder Riccardo Iacometti has transferred no. 3,813,945 ordinary shares of Farmaè, held by himself, in favour of a newly incorporated company, RIAC Holding S.r.l., of which Mr. Iacometti holds the entire share capital, as well as the position of Chief Executive.

Consequently, today Farmaè received notice, pursuant to and for the purposes of article 17 of the AIM Issuers' Regulations, that the shareholder Riccardo Iacometti holds, as of today's date, as a result of the above mentioned contribution (i) directly, no. 200,000 ordinary shares of Farmaè, equal to 3.49% of the share capital of the same, with voting rights and (ii) indirectly, through RIAC Holding S.r.l, 3,813,945 ordinary shares of Farmaè, equal to 66.51% of its share capital, with voting rights.

As of today's date, the share capital of Farmaè, represented by 5,734,000 ordinary shares, is therefore divided as follows:
