On November 15, 2021, the Board of Directors of Farmers and Merchants Bancshares, Inc. declared a cash dividend of $0.29 per share of common stock, which will be paid on December 17, 2021 to shareholders of record on December 3, 2021. The $0.29 per share dividend is $0.01 greater than the most recent dividend paid in June 2021.
