On April 28, 2021, FARO Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press
release announcing its results of operations for the first fiscal quarter ended
March 31, 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto
and is incorporated herein by reference.
