FARO Technologies, Inc. Announces Resignation of Katrona Tyrrell as Chief People Officer, Senior Vice President, Human Resources

On June 28, 2021, Katrona Tyrrell entered into a Transition and Separation Agreement (the Transition Agreement) with FARO Technologies, Inc. . Pursuant to the Transition Agreement, Ms. Tyrrell resigned from her position as Chief People Officer, Senior Vice President, Human Resources and from any other positions or appointments she may hold with the Company or its affiliates, in each case, effective June 28, 2021.
FARO Technologies, Inc. is a global technology company. The Company designs, develops, manufactures, markets and supports software driven, three-dimensional (3D) measurement, imaging, and realization solutions for the manufacturing, architecture, engineering and construction (AEC), operations and maintenance (O&M) and public safety analytics markets.
