FARO Technologies, Inc. Decides to Eliminate the Role of Chief R&D Officer of Yazid Tohme

On August 24, 2020, FARO Technologies, Inc. decided to eliminate the role of Chief R&D Officer, effective immediately. As a result, Dr. Yazid Tohme’s employment as the company’s Chief R&D Officer ended effective August 24, 2020, but he will continue as an employee of the company for a transition period.
FARO Technologies, Inc. is a global technology company. The Company designs, develops, manufactures, markets and supports software driven, three-dimensional (3D) measurement, imaging, and realization solutions for the manufacturing, architecture, engineering and construction (AEC), operations and maintenance (O&M) and public safety analytics markets.
