FARO Technologies, Inc. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced total revenue was USD 82.110 million compared to USD 60.564 million a year ago. Operating loss was USD 651,000 compared to USD 11.962 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 1.176 million compared to USD 8.932 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.06 compared to USD 0.5 a year ago. For the half year, total revenue was USD 158.441 million compared to USD 140.079 million a year ago. Operating loss was USD 7.089 million compared to USD 28.516 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 4.397 million compared to USD 23.755 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.24 compared to USD 1.34 a year ago.
