Connecting Capital Sweden AB is seeking to sell 1.8 million shares in Fasadgruppen Group AB, bookrunners Carnegie Investment Bank AB and Nordea Bank Abp said Wednesday.
Connecting Capital currently owns 6.8 million shares, or a 15.1% interest, in the facades group.
The pricing per share of the secondary placing will be determined via an accelerated bookbuilding, the banks said.
