Fasadgruppen has entered a new loan facility agreement with Nordea in an amount of SEK 600 million. The agreement is linked to certain selected sustainability key performance indicators where the interest rate levels will be adjusted based on Fasadgruppen’s fulfilment of pre-defined performance targets. With the new facility, Fasadgruppen increases its flexibility for the continued financing of the group’s M&A strategy.

The sustainability key performance indicators aim at a reduction of GHG emissions in relation to the group’s net sales as well as a reduction of work-related accidents in relation to the group’s net sales. The sustainability key performance indicators that have been selected are closely connected to Fasadgruppen’s main operations.

Pål Warolin, CEO of Fasadgruppen, said: “Fasadgruppen is the natural stepping-stone for skilled entrepreneurs within façade related activities who are ready to take the next step in their development. Through the facility agreement with Nordea, we have secured financial flexibility to continue our growth journey, with great opportunities to further consolidate the Nordic façade market. We are happy to continue with sustainability KPIs in our financing agreements in order to provide an extra incentive to deliver on our sustainability agenda.”

Gernandt & Danielsson Advokatbyrå has acted as legal advisor to Fasadgruppen in connection with the new facility agreement.
