Fasadgruppen’s Norwegian subsidiary DVS Entreprenør has signed a contract for an extensive renovation project comprising 142 terraced houses in Åneby, north of Oslo. The customer is the tenant-owner association Bliksrud.

The terraced houses were built between 1976-77 and will now be upgraded to modern standard. The project includes roof exchange (approx. 9,100 sq.m), added thermal insulation (approx. 16,000 sq.m.), exchange of windows and balcony doors (1,156 units) and new balconies and railing. Construction will start in October and go on for about 20 months. The order value amounts to approximately NOK 70 million.
