Robin Cozakos
District: Boise, Idaho

To say Robin is a powerhouse would be an understatement. She is a well-known and respected name in the Real Estate Industry as a leader and district director, one of her highest achievements.

She has guided buyers and sellers through their home journey for over ten years while also coaching, training, and mentoring her peers to grow their real estate businesses into long and successful careers.

Robin's passion project is helping our military, law enforcement, and first responders find and access benefits they may not know about to use toward their dream home. The community is near and dear to her, as she grew up in a military/law enforcement home and is married to a retired police Lieutenant. She uses that connection and experience to educate others and assist her clients, who often become fast friends.

Robin is proud to be a native Idahoan and loves all the great state offers. She and Alan have three boys and two fur babies. They take every opportunity to enjoy the mountains, sit by the fire, hike, and ride ATVs.

Growing up in Fruitland, ID (Go Grizzlies!) Robin excelled in sports, especially basketball. Following high school, she represented our country playing ball in Europe! It's an experience she will cherish forever!

Robin's joy and passion for life, this industry, and all it offers fuels her knowledge and exemplary negotiation skills. Her goal is to exceed all expectations, whether it is providing fantastic service to her clients or one of her fellow agents.

Brianne Heath
District: East Central Coast, Florida

Brianne started her career in the residential market as a risk manager for insurance companies. She learned about home construction costs, maintenance plans, and the risks involved in home insurance, making the transition into real estate seamless. Last year, she joined Fathom Realty as a broker associate and is excited about helping to expand the market in East Central Florida in her new role.

Brianne is fueled by coffee, and she attacks each challenge with a sense of humor; her clients rave about her communication and quick response (often referred to as "Bri Time"), defined as being equivalent to nanoseconds). In her free time, you may find her traveling or watching NBA or NFL games where she remains loyal to her home state teams, the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Cleveland Browns.

Pamela Jowers
District: Palm Springs, CA

Pamela has served the Coachella Valley with Fathom Realty for eight years. Before starting her real estate career, she held several management positions over a 20-year career in the retail banking industry.

She focuses on ensuring every transaction is an outstanding experience for all parties. Pamela provides excellent customer service, consistent communication, attention to detail, and respect for everyone. She thrives on being the best at her profession, understanding that her clients are the priority. Pamela never forgets that selling real estate is not about the property but the people. Most people dream of home ownership, and she takes satisfaction in assisting buyers in finding a home that will bring years of enjoyment.

Noel Newby
District: Southern Indiana

Noel Newby has led an impressive career as a Banker/Auditor and then a Real Estate Managing Broker in Indiana and Florida for over 24 years.

Before joining Fathom Realty, Noel worked as a Sales Manager for national builders in Indiana and Florida. During her career, Noel owned Eagle Pointe Realty in Bloomington, Indiana, and served as the Managing Broker for Beazer Homes in Florida. In 2009, she was named the winner of the National Sales Award by Beazer Homes for reaching her goal by 147% during a down market. Additionally, Noel was featured in the industry publication Where to Retire Magazine, where she discussed the Florida Panhandle real estate market and buyer profiles.

As the District Director for Southern Indiana, she will be recruiting and managing agents and selling homes from Scottsburg, New Albany, Jeffersonville, Bloomington, and all the small towns South of Columbus and North of the Ohio River. Noel is looking forward to this season in her career by mentoring new agents and collaborating with experienced agents in her market.

Noel enjoys dancing with her friends and spending time with her family creating memories in her spare time.

Cynthia Sinclair

On June 6, 2006, Cynthia became a REALTOR® and on June 6, 2022, she began her role as a Fathom District Director. She is a firm believer that everything aligns for a reason. So when asked what one thing she would do for the rest of her life, Cynthia replied, "Well, it would be real estate!"

A Savannah native, Cynthia enjoys her role as a real estate matchmaker, bringing parties together to ensure a seamless transaction and an exceptional experience. She has partnered with the City of Savannah's First Time Buyers program for over 12 years. As a preferred listing agent, Cynthia has helped families become homeowners for the first time. She provides a step-by-step program to lead buyers to their dream homes. Her professionalism and client-first service have generated referrals and long-lasting relationships with her clients.

Cynthia earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and has mentored agents to develop into successful REALTORS®. Sadly, after becoming widowed, she leaned on her real estate business and relationships for healing.

As a District Director, Cynthia is ready for a challenge! She believes in Fathom's leadership team and appreciates the support from all the outstanding agents and staff.

Paul Tippets
District: Las Vegas, NV

Paul has an extensive background in real estate and new construction that dates back to 1992, and his humble beginnings living farm life as a youth in rural Utah taught Paul the value of hard work and daily task accomplishment. After high school, he started framing homes in the construction industry and launched his real estate career in 1996, working with home builders and developers.

Paul has created, sold, and affiliated himself with several real estate companies over the years. He has consistently been a top-producing agent who values relationship building and working by referral. Paul became a real estate broker and Certified Mentor with Buffini and Company in 2004 and has trained several agents and broker-owners over the years to become top-producing leaders in their respective markets.

Paul welcomes the opportunity to support agents as the Las Vegas District Director and Nevada State Broker. He enjoys coaching and mentoring as well as being a part of helping others succeed and reach their goals.

Paul lives in Henderson, Nevada, with his wife Kelly and has three children and one grandchild. Some of his favorite interests include global travel, outdoor activities, creating gourmet meals, and playing non-serious golf with family and friends.
