Faurecia has appointed Jean-Bernard Lévy to its board of directors as an independent member, effective from February 19, 2021. Jean-Bernard Lévy will serve as Chairman of the Governance, Nominations and Sustainability Committee, the name of which has been revised to better reflect the extension of its duties to social and environmental responsibility. He succeeds Michel de Rosen, who remains a member of the Committee. Jean-Bernard Lévy is currently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EDF. His experience as a senior officer of a listed company, together with his vision and knowledge of industrial and strategic issues, will be an asset to the Board of Directors. His experience in the energy sector is also important given Faurecia's commitments in new forms of mobility, and notably hydrogen. The approval of his cooptation will be submitted to the next Annual General Meeting.
