Feature Integration Technology Inc. (GTSM:4951) agreed to acquire VBridge Technology, Inc. from Huang Dexun, Chen Zengwen and Fang Wenqi for $3.5 million on January 22, 2014. Feature Integration will pay $0.34 per common share and $0.31 per preferred share.
