March 24, 2022, Moscow, Russia. PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) has transferred funds for coupon payment on loan participation notes (LPNs or Eurobonds) which will be redeemed in 2022 (ISIN: XS1691350455) for RUB 812,500,000. The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch confirmed receipt of the fund, planned date of coupon payment - 28.03.2022.

Henceforth, PJSC RusHydro has fulfilled its commitment on servicing RusHydro Capital Markets DAC's debt obligations in full in accordance with issuance documentation.

On September 28, 2017, RusHydro has placed LPNs (ISIN: XS1691350455) issued by RusHydro Capital Markets DAC for RUB 20 bn. The coupon rate was set at 8.125% per annum for semi-annual payment. The LPNs are listed on the Global Exchange Market of the Irish Stock Exchange under Reg S rules
