 1. On execution of RusHydro Group's business plan for 2020 (including execution of consolidated investment plan for 
    2020 and comprehensive rehabilitation and modernization program for 2020). 
 2. On approval of the report on execution of RusHydro Group's consolidated business plan for 2020 (including 
    consolidated investment program). 
 3. On consideration of issues of material significance for the Company.
