Goldman Sachs Mortgage Company, L.P. and Rcaf Loan Acquisition, LP agreed to acquire Portfolio of 3,092 loans of Federal National Mortgage Association (OTCPK:FNMA) on August 13, 2024. The winning bidder for Pool 1 (2,254 loans) was Goldman Sachs Mortgage Company, and for Pool 2 (838 loans) was RCAF Loan Acquisition, LP. The transaction is expected to close by October 25, 2024.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. acted as financial advisor for Federal National Mortgage Association.
