Feng Hsin Steel Co.,Ltd announced the retirement of Lin Ming-Ju as chairperson and appoints Lin Ta-Chun as chairperson, effective from July 22, 2021. The company announced the appointment of Lin Tsai Hsiang, Chen Hsin Hung and Chung Shing Lin
as board of directors. The company appointed Lin Tsai Hsiang, Chen Hsin Hung and Chung Shing Lin to the board of directors in the place of Lin Ming Ju, Chen Mu Tse, Chung Chao Chuan, effective July 22, 2021.
