Qualifications: Professional Qualification in Chartered Accountant from Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA); Professional Qualification in Fellow Certified of Practising Accountant (FCPA) from Australian Society of CPAs and Degree in Bachelor of Commerce - Major in Accounting from Murdoch University, Western Australia. Ms Kwan Sook Peng started her career with accounting firm in Singapore since 1990. She then joined Sime Darby Holdings Berhad as Business Head, Corporate Assurance, and thereafter, she left and joined a shared services organization, namely Sime Darby Global Services Centre Sdn Bhd.
In year 2014, she re-joined Sime Darby Holdings Berhad as Senior Team Lead, Group Compliance Officer in Property Division and left in June 2016 to set up her own firm, namely FKSP Consulting Solutions, a consulting firm that provide advisory, risk and assurance services in manufacturing companies, automotive, industrial, oil and gas, engineering, property development, health care organization, insurance companies, non-profit organizations and shared service organizations.
