Fibra Danhos Reports Consolidated Earnings Results for the Third Quarter of 2017

Fibra Danhos reported consolidated earnings results for the third quarter of 2017. For the quarter, the company generated MXN 884.7 million of AFFO, which represent MXN 0.66 per CBFI with economic rights. This figure compares with MXN 791.1 million compared in the third quarter of 2016, which represented MXN 0.64 per CBFI with economic rights, an increase of 11.8% in AFFO and 3.1% in AFFO per CBFI, while increasing the number of CBFIs with economic rights 8.5%.
Concentradora Fibra Danhos SA de CV is a Mexico-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company's main activity consists of the development, leasing, operation and management of shopping centers, offices, and mixed-use properties in the Metropolitan Area of Mexico City. The Company operates primarily in the development of mixed used properties and office campuses. Additionally, the Company adopts technological solutions in their design and operation, including safety systems, optical fibers, Park Help, Federal APD, Traffic Pro, SAP operational monitoring software and services, among others. The Company is divided in four divisions: Commercial, Offices, Mixed Use and Residential Division. In May 2014, the Company acquired two properties located on Anillo Periferico, in southeast of Mexico City in vicinity of Iztapalapa, on border of Xochimilco.
