FUNO® ANNOUNCES QUARTERLY DISTRIBUTION
Mexico City. August 10th, 2020.
Fibra Uno (BMV: FUNO11) ("FUNO®" or "Fideicomiso Fibra Uno"), the first and largest real estate investment trust in Mexico announces that today, August 10th, it will carry out the payment of a distribution to its CBFIs holders corresponding to the 2Q20 results.
For the 2Q20 results, Fibra Uno will distribute to its CBFIs holders the amount of Ps. 1,103.7 million; of which 50% correspond to fiscal result and 50% correspond to return of capital. On a per CBFI basis, the total distribution represents Ps. 0.2810.
