Fibra UNO reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was MXN 4,768.81 million compared to MXN 4,304.75 million a year ago. Revenue was MXN 5,395.59 million compared to MXN 4,534.3 million a year ago. Net loss was MXN 611.42 million compared to net income of MXN 4,482.78 million a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was MXN 14,200.45 million compared to MXN 13,276.91 million a year ago. Revenue was MXN 16,050.62 million compared to MXN 14,001.81 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 512.36 million compared to MXN 2,572.86 million a year ago.
Fibra Uno Administracion SA de CV (Fibra Uno) is a Mexico-based company engaged in the operation of commercial real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company focuses on operating and developing a range of real estate assets for leasing, mainly in the industrial, retail and office segments.
