Fidelity Investments announced that the Fidelity Commonwealth Trust - Fidelity Nasdaq Composite Index Tracking Stock (Fidelity Nasdaq Composite Index Tracking Stock Fund) will pay a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share from net investment income. The dividend will be paid on March 23, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 20, 2012. The ex-dividend date is March 16, 2012.
