Fidelity Investments announced that the Fidelity(R) Nasdaq Composite Index(R) Tracking Stock Fund will pay a quarterly dividend of $0.26 per share from net investment income. The dividend will be paid on June 22, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 19, 2012. The ex-dividend date is June 15, 2012.
