Turin, November 26th, 2015 - Fidia S.p.A. announces that the subsidiary Fidia Co. has signed a purchase contract for an industrial building of around 14,000 square feet, in Rochester Hills, Michigan, USA.

The building will be assigned to host the new headquarters of the US subsidiary.

The building was purchased for an amount of $1,260,000.00. It has been determined to properly face the increased functional needs of the subsidiary, related to the credit granted to Fidia products by the American market and to the increasing turnover in the country.
