FIERA MILANO: PUBLICATION OF GUIDELINES FOR SHAREHOLDERS ON THE RENEWAL OF THE BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS FOR THE THREE-YEAR PERIOD 2021-2023

Milan, 22 March 2021. Fiera Milano S.p.A. ("Fiera Milano") announces that, today, the Fiera Milano Board of Statutory Auditors has made the document containing the "Guidelines for Shareholders on the renewal of the Board of Statutory Auditors" available.

This document, approved by the control body due to the expiry of its mandate, aims to assist with the selection of candidates for the renewal of the Board of Statutory Auditors by the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting scheduled for the coming 28 April.
