FIERA MILANO: RESIGNATION OF THE CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, CHIEF FINANCIAL

OFFICER AND MANAGER RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPARING THE COMPANY'S

FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Milan, 3 May 2021. Fiera Milano S.p.A. ("Fiera Milano" and/or the "Company") announces that Marco Pacini has today resigned, with effect from 1 June 2021, from the positions of Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Manager responsible for preparing the Company's financial statements.

Mr Pacini explained that he has resigned because of his desire to take a new professional direction.

To ensure an easy transition and the operational continuity of Fiera Milano, Mr Pacini will retain his functions and duties until 31 May 2021.

On behalf of the whole Group, the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager Luca Palermo thanks Mr Pacini for the dedication and professionalism he has shown over the years at Fiera Milano. In turn, Mr Pacini thanks the Company for the opportunity to gain significant professional experience at a prestigious Group such as Fiera Milano.

The Company also announces that it has already identified the potential successor, with the same high professional standing as Mr. Pacini, to be appointed Chief Financial Officer and Manager responsible for preparing the Company's financial statements, who will be presented for the related assessments in the next Board of Directors convened for 10 May 2021.

In accordance with Borsa Italiana's Instructions on Stock Market Regulations, the Company discloses that Mr Pacini holds 66,786 shares in Fiera Milano as of today's date resulting from the assignment according to the 2018-2019 Performance Shares Plan.
