Filo Mining Corp. announced that it expects to receive CAD 10 million in funding from Lorito Holdings S.à.r.l., Zebra Holdings and Investments S.à.r.l.

Filo Mining Corp. (TSXV:FIL) announced a non-brokered private placement of common shares for an aggregate proceeds of approximately CAD 10,000,000 on July 7, 2020. The transaction doesn't require minority shareholder approvals. The common shares will be offered in each of the provinces of Canada, excluding Quebec.
