The following is a Company Announcement issued by FIMBank p.l.c. ("FIMBank" or the "Bank") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules 5.16.5.

Further to Company Announcement FIM286, regarding the appointment of Mr. Adrian Alejandro Gostuski as FIMBank's Acting Chief Executive Officer, the Bank announces that further to a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank held on 7 April 2021, Mr. Gostuski has been confirmed as Chief Executive Officer of FIMBank.

All information already disclosed regarding Mr. Gostuski remains unchanged and there are no matters concerning Mr. Adrian Alejandro Gostuski that require disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 and 5.20.9.

(the Bank) is a Malta-based company, which provides international trade finance and to act as an intermediary to other financial institutions for international settlements, real estate financing, factoring and loan syndications. Its segments include Trade Finance, Forfaiting, Factoring, Real Estate and Treasury. The Trade Finance segment provides transactional and structured short-term financing to trading companies. The Forfaiting segment is the discounting of trade receivables on a without-recourse basis. The Factoring segment is a package of services designed to secure customers debt collection. All companies with a stable portfolio offering credit terms up to 180 days to corporate buyers can make use of factoring services. The Real estate segment provides financing solutions to established developers for the acquisition and development of property at competitive terms and pricing. The Treasury segment offers a comprehensive range of international banking services.
