Financière de Tubize SA announced that the general shareholders meeting of 28 April 2023 approves the 2022 annual accounts, including the proposed result appropriation, a gross dividend of €0.86 (compared to €0.75 for financial year 2021, an increase of 14,7%) will be payable as from of 5, May 2023 onwards at the offices, seats and branches of BNP Paribas Fortis, in exchange of coupon n° 18.
