This is according to a joint statement, which specifies that the two units will be built at Fincantieri's Riva Trigoso and Muggiano Integrated Shipyard, with the first ship due for delivery in 2029 and the second in 2030.
Fincantieri and Leonardo have 51 percent and 49 percent shares in Osn, respectively.
