ON THE MTA - STAR SEGMENT

Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M. S.p.A. ("Fine Foods" or the "Company") announces that today Borsa Italiana S.p.A. has issued a notice listing the Company's ordinary shares on the STAR segment of Mercato Telematico Azionario ("MTA") organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and their simultaneous exclusion from AIM Italia, as of 12 July 2021.

The Listing Prospectus relating to the ordinary shares listing on the MTA - STAR segment is available to the public at the Company's registered office in Zingonia - Verdellino, Via Berlino no. 39, and on the Company's website www.finefoods.it, Investor Relations / IPO section.

In the translisting process to the MTA - STAR segment, the Company was assisted by Banca Akros, as Issuer Sponsor, by Grimaldi Studio Legale as Issuer legal advisor and by Pavia e Ansaldo Studio Legale as Sponsor legal advisor. EY acted as an auditing firm, and Epyon was the consultant who checked the non-accounting data in the Listing Prospectus.
