FINE FOODS: NOTICE OF FILING OF THE PROPOSED CANDIDATES FOR NEW CORPORATE BODIES MEMBERS AND PROPOSED RESOLUTIONS FOR THE 21 APRIL 2021 SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

("Fine Foods" or the "Company") has announced that the proposed candidates for new corporate bodies with the relevant documentation presented by shareholders Eigenfin S.r.l. and Inarcassa (Cassa Nazionale di Previdenza ed Assistenza), and the resolution proposals - presented by Eigenfin S.r.l - are available to the public on the Company's website www.finefoods.it. They will be submitted to the remotely-held Company Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' meeting which will take place on 21 April 2021 at 10 am, on a single call.
