The board ("Board") of directors ("Directors", each a "Director") of Finsoft Financial Investment Holdings Limited ("Company") wishes to announce that with effect from 27 July 2018, the head office and principal place of business of the Company in Hong Kong have been changed to Unit Nos. 1209-10, 12/F., Prosperity Millennia Plaza, No. 663 King's Road, North Point, Hong Kong.
